RidgePoint Performance Medicine was founded on a simple belief: people deserve healthcare that is honest, effective, and centered on their goals.
After years of practicing within larger healthcare organizations, we recognized that many healthcare systems face increasing pressure around volume, revenue, and efficiency. While these realities are part of modern medicine, we felt something essential was often being lost: meaningful patient relationships, individualized care, and adequate time to understand a patient's goals.
RidgePoint was created to build a better model — one where trust is earned, outcomes matter, evidence guides decision-making, and every recommendation is made with the patient's best interest in mind.
We believe people deserve healthcare that is honest, effective, and centered on their goals. We exist to help people stay active through every stage of life by delivering evidence-based musculoskeletal care focused on meaningful outcomes, respecting patients' time and resources, and always doing what is right for every patient.
To set the standard for musculoskeletal healthcare by earning trust, delivering meaningful outcomes, and helping people stay active through every stage of life.
Always do what's right for the patient.
"RidgePoint provides evidence-based, non-operative orthopedic and sports medicine care focused on helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes while respecting their goals, time, and resources."
Clinical Positioning Statement
Our collaborative model brings together sports medicine, rehabilitation, manual therapy, and movement expertise — designed to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and remain active through every stage of life.
Physician-led evaluation and diagnosis for all MSK conditions. Every patient begins here — establishing the right diagnosis and individualized care plan before any treatment starts.
Structured rehabilitation, corrective exercise, and strength training to restore movement and build lasting resilience. Focused on meaningful, measurable functional improvements.
Hands-on care to restore joint mobility, reduce pain, and improve biomechanics. Spinal and extremity treatment coordinated within your overall care plan.
Corrective exercise and performance training to build resilience, prevent re-injury, and help you maintain the strength and independence needed to keep doing what matters most.
When conservative care is insufficient, evidence-based procedural options are available — including ultrasound-guided injections and targeted interventions for persistent MSK conditions.
We accept referrals from primary care, orthopedics, internal medicine, and community providers. Self-referrals are always welcome.
While performance medicine is part of RidgePoint, our focus is broader. We serve patients of all backgrounds and activity levels. If musculoskeletal health matters to you, we are here — and we will do what is right for you.
We place patient interests above convenience, routine, or financial incentives.
Trust is earned through honesty, transparency, consistency, and exceptional care.
We are committed to continuous learning, innovation, and improvement in everything we do.
Every recommendation, treatment, and interaction should create meaningful value for our patients.
We help people maintain the strength, mobility, and independence needed to continue doing the things that matter most.
"We will listen carefully, communicate clearly, recommend thoughtfully, and always strive to do what is right for the patient."
